How to install mods for 1.70 64 bit Mac?
So the issue is that I want to add some stabilising mod for my Sims 3 on my Mac. I have read many tutorials on how to do that online in various places (YouTube videos, Steam community, EA community, etc.), but I have encountered conflicting instructions from one tutorial to another, and for most of the time, my Sims 3 file folder appears to be very different from those tutorial creators... How do I install mods for 1.70 64 bits Mac?
I have attached the content of some folders where most of the tutorials say to put the "Mods" folder at on my laptop.
@royaleagle_sun Your screenshots show the game itself, as in, what the EA App installs. Mods go into the Sims 3 user folder, in Documents > Electronic Arts. This is the same as in Windows.
I don't know what tutorials you're reading, but it's possible they cover other types of game tweaks: not standard mods exactly but rather modifications to the game data. That would be a different matter.
