Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I would love to see an answer to this one. I have the same problem and EA does not help. I have spent hours and multiple sessions with their "help" chat to achieve no resolution. I will be monitoring this one to see if you get any help. 

Hey I had the same problem, i managed to download the worlds this way:

• find the order confirmation EA sent you when you bought the world in your e-mails  and write down the 16 digit code that comes with it.
• go to the sims 3 website and log in.
• go to My Page>My Account>Redeem a code
• type in the 16 digit code from the order confirmation, a message should show up saying you succesfully redeemed your code.
• go to you purchase history on the same website wait a couple minutes and refresh the page for your purchase to appear.
• click on download, this will open the sims 3 launcher.
• select the world and click on install, the installer should open and load for a bit before telling it installed the world into your game.

I hope this works for you some people have said it doesn't for them. If you need more info I got this process from  this post.
