[Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

I bought sims 3 barnacle bay and dragon valley, but they don't show up in game even though it says I own them in the EA app. and it doesn't say I own them in the sims 3 website? what to do?

I would love to see an answer to this one. I have the same problem and EA does not help. I have spent hours and multiple sessions with their "help" chat to achieve no resolution. I will be monitoring this one to see if you get any help.
