i have purchased a number of sims 3 games but they are not in my games.

The purchase history is messed up and shows i purchased a few of the expansions however the rest is listed as placeholder and have sco or sc0 as the price, i paid well over $100 for all the sims 3 expansions i had what can i do to get them back? i cant remember all the ones i had but it was around 8 or so. the last time i had origin they were in my games but now with my new laptop they are not listed and the above problem accrued on the order history.
