That scriptError has nothing to do with the game not loading.
What country are you in ?
It's best if you opened your own thread for the game not loading. The sponserpay error should not affect the game itself. Just the launcher.

11 years agoi have all the sims 3 games and my game and orging are upto date to 1.67 now all of a sudden i get this script error:
line: 0
char: 0
Error: Script error
Code: 0
URL: https://inimage.jmp9.com/InImage/imgbinder.do?ver=1.0-SNAPSHOT.10%2C558
type of comuputer: windows 8 64bit newest computer out there to run sims 3 and sims 2. i also tried running the game without using the launcher and it does the same thing. wont even respond or load.
when i click the link it is just a bunch of numbers. i click yes and no sometimes and then i click play option. the screen goes black with the blue loading mouse and after a while nothing happens so i go to task manager and it says sims 3 not responding and crashes. i dont know what started this. my game worked fine two days ago and now i cant even play it. Try bypassing the launcher as described here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/
This is just for testing purposes to see if the game itself works. If you bought the base game after September 2012, this method will not work.
As for your error, try resetting IE to factory settings.
