Installing/Playing Dragon Valley

Hi everyone!

I just bought a physical copy of DV and installed it. It was a super quick instalation, which seemed awesome. That's when the issues started though. On 'My Page' on the sims 3 site it does say that I have DV, because I've registered my code. Its not showing up under my purchase history though, but Celtic Lands is. So I have Celtic Lands but not DV. Also, DV isn't showing up as a world on my game launcher when I go to start a new game.

I guess what I'm asking is- Do I need to wait for it to come up on my purchase history or is there something else I should be doing? And if I do need to wait for it to come up on my purchase history, how long could that take? I've seen where a few people have reported not seeing DV ever come up under their purchase history, so that worries me.

I've read that I have two codes in my DVD box, but I can see just one, where is the other.

I hope all of this makes sense and if you read through all of that, I really appreciate it. Thanks!

from the guide The world should then be copied directly to your downloads folder from where you can install it through the launcher check the downloads folder to see if Dragon valley file is there if it is double click it to install also sometimes it can take up to 5 mins to show up in the purchase history logging out and back in can help that try log out and back in to your the sims 3 account check the purchase history again

    Dragon Valley

The world can either be bought through a Simpoint Bundle, on Origin or as Code in a box in a retail store.

The disc version actually contains the sims3pack file but you'll still need to register since the file itself needs an account activation. After inserting the disc, a wizard will guide you through the process. The world should then be copied directly to your downloads folder from where you can install it through the launcher. If not, you can download it from your purchase history or through the Webpage: Dragon Valley

The code comes on a leaflet inside the DVD Box. You can also redeem the code directly, following the Origin instructions above without inserting the DVD.

Addtionally to that, you'll also get a code to Celtic Lands. This file is not on the DVD and is not installed by the installation process. You'll need to redeem it separately which you did
