Invalid Serial Number to The Sims 3 Monte Vista

The Monte Vista code cannot be redeemed via Origin. Have you tried registering the code in redeem a code? 

Also, please don't make multiple posts about the same thing. 😕mileywink:

Yes sorry, I'm new to this and noticed after I asked 2 times. I have tried both Origin and the redeem a code on the website. It says the code is invalid, even though I've checked if it was correct which it was.  :/

I am currently experiencing the same problem. I purchased Sims Monte Vista via Origin and have tried to enter the code on the sims 3 website via redeem a code option, like the email said. The website is telling me my code in incorrect, even though i am copying it off of the email origin have just sent me.

Any ideas?

I just bouight the $10 world pack from origin that has monte vista in it. the hidden springs code worked, but the chocolate fountain and the monte vista codes both do the same for me with the invaild code.. so upsetting

i spoke to an EA helper online and he said that there is currently a problem with the sims 3 website. He told me they were trying to sort it out andf to hold out, although he couldnt give me a time frame!

At least our money hasnt been wasted...still annoying!

Ok lets hope it gets fixed real soon then!! Anyone let me know if it gets fixed :P
