I see elanorbreton has posted my issue, the partial UI. So I thought I'd post just to let the guru's see it is happening to more than one of us. This has only started since the patch. I can exit the game with task manager and restart it from where I left off but it is extremely annoying.
I'm on Win 8, i7-3820 cpu @ 3.6ghz

GFX 660 2g
driver 320.18 the most recent driver, I updated after the very first incident of this issue.
Mods, yes but they were updated. I have since pulled them all and am slowly testing a couple of factory reset games. One with store content and one without. I haven't reproduced it again as I've had very little play time with the new games, but as this bug has just been mentioned I thought I'd add my voice to it now rather than wait. I'm also getting the long load times everyone is reporting.
Edit: I have put back in an updated no mosaic mod, I don't want the funky colour blur!
