Yep, the issue is now present in English games, or at least mine. I've been registered as a US user since the game's release in 2009. The odd part is, sometimes the arrow will randomly appear after I go into Create a Style, edit something, and go back out. But for the most part, it's not where it should be, leaving me trapped in the outfits portion of the stylist menu.
I did remove MasterController (mostly for the badge issue) but the problem remained even with the Ambitions stylist station. :(
