Island Paradise issue: freezing and lagging

Question

I purchased the expansion pack two days ago and it continuously freezes and lags. I have tried to play on two computers. One computer is only a month old. I have also tried all the bug fixes. Is there anyway for me to get my money back. If I had known the game was glitched, I would not have purchased it.

island paradise is full of lags and freezes even i gave up on playing there
