Issue logging into Sims3 Launcher

I am having issues with logging into my account through the launcher or through the game. I will type in my username and password and it wont log in. When i go through the game it says invalid username/password. ( I checked and my username and password is correct, i even tried changing my password in case i forgot it, still didnt work) When i go though the launcher it just keeps popping back up with the fields blank. And when i click the welcome tab it gives me a white page that says unable to load page try refreshing. It also says http 500 internal server error. It was working fine yesterday and then today nothing. Does anyone have any solutions to this error? I've check some forums and there's multiple encounters for this issue but no solutions or advice. Please help!
