Launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3

Game launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3, maybe someone has ideas how to fix this problem. I play in Mac. I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled but unfortunately it didn'...

Is there any fix for this or is the only way to use cc is on Windows/ windows mirror system or have a Windows system available to convert the Sims3pack files to package files? If I knew this was an issue I wouldn't have bought 2 EPs I'm missing last night!
