maivanow I've merged your post with the master thread for the launcher crashing when trying to open the Downloads tab. This is an issue for everyone playing on Tahoe as well as Sequoia 15.4.1 and later.
You already had the 64-bit version of Sims 3, or you wouldn't have been able to open the launcher at all. The launcher for the old 32-bit version is also 32-bit and therefore wouldn't even open on a computer running Tahoe. The entry in the EA App doesn't say 64-bit and never has. I don't know why support told you all that, but it's not relevant to the issue.
