RealMemeGoddess When did you buy the other packs, and from where? Have you ever had two EA accounts merged? And which packs exactly aren't working?

I did have my old The Sims 3 account merged with my EA account. I don’t remember when/where exactly I bought them because I’ve bought them on and off since 2013. The packs that are working are Late Night, Pets, and High End Loft Stuff. The ones that are not working are World Adventures, Generations, Ambitions, Seasons, Showtime, University Life, and Katy Perry Sweet Treats.
RealMemeGoddess It's very possible that the merge was done incorrectly, and the product codes for your packs were deactivated as a result. Only EA customer support can fix this for you. I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
