my account was deleted after a year of inactivity - can I recover my games?

I have spent over £200 on sims and its expansion packs, and have had my EA and Origin account permanently deleted from servers - confirmed and redirected here by EA support - after only a year of disuse. If the codes that have been redeemed before were on an account that no longer exists, would it be possible to make these codes available again so I can start again on my new EA/Origin account?

All the software and save files are still downloaded on my laptop it is simply the launcher standing in my way of accessing the game. I have bought these games over several years and cannot afford to repurchase everything. Seems unfair to delete my account for a year of inactivity after that sort of patronage.
