my game close by himself T_T

Is your computer a pc or mac? Do you get any error messages?

is pc , it said.....

sims 3 has stopped working

a problem caused the program stop working correctly .

window will close the program and notify you if a solutions is

available.

• At what point does your game crash ? Any regularities ?
• How long can you usually play ?
• Which EP/SPs do you have installed ?
• Are you using custom content and mods in your game ?

didnt try t yet , i just try to clean all caches and clean my disk and nothng yet T_T

i dunno what its my opening system .

it crash every 30 sec i can not even play T-T

i usully play 3 , 4 hrs sometimes not everyday

Did you read the instructions in the link given above (for the DxDiag) ?

After saving the file to your disc, you can open them with any text editor (like notepad).

You can also try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.
