Hello! I've come across a few people with the same issue that I'm having but I have not yet found a solution for it. Basically after loading up my game the other day, objects and sims gradually bega...
@Te0dir Please try playing a new save in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether a new save has the same problem.
If it does, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@puzzlezaddict Thanks for your answer! Creating a completly new folder worked and I may have figured out that the issue is coming from my Downloads-folder, so I guess I'm gonna have to find the issue there.
@Te0dir The files in Downloads are only read by the launcher, not the game itself, so they shouldn't affect your game. Still, it's easy to add back one folder at a time and test.
