@Te0dir Please try playing a new save in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether a new save has the same problem.
If it does, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@puzzlezaddict Thanks for your answer! Creating a completly new folder worked and I may have figured out that the issue is coming from my Downloads-folder, so I guess I'm gonna have to find the issue there.
@Te0dir The files in Downloads are only read by the launcher, not the game itself, so they shouldn't affect your game. Still, it's easy to add back one folder at a time and test.
- @puzzlezaddict It seems like the issue only applies to custom lots or lots that are placed down/aren't a part of the original world. E.g. all the ep lots that automatically gets added to Sunset Valley are all red, while the lots that come with the world are normal. This whole thing is so confusing and I have literally spent hours looking for the source of the issue without any solution.
