My Game Keeps Crashing

I have a new laptop. And my Sims 3 game keeps crashing. It is a laptop with an intergraded graphics card but it's an Intel Iris XE. Iris XE should be able to handle the game. I researched it. I'm on Windows 10. I can only play for a short amount of time. I have it on windowed model. But making the window too small makes it crash too.

I don't know that video card, but for my game my video card has to be set for 60 fps with vertical sync on. I have to go into the control panel for the video card and set it under programs for just Sims 3. Everything else likes my video card just fine!
  • Update: The problem was solved by linking my graphics card using device config. I found a YouTube video, a couple weeks ago that showed the process. It doesn't crash over and over again. And I can play again. :)
