My game won't launch after trying to move game and mods to SSD

Question

Hi friends,Soooo I have a windows PC and I followed a Youtube tutorial to try and move my game and mods to an SSD external hard drive however, when I tried to launch the game through the EA app, EA would just minimize and then open again with no sign of the game opening even in task manager. I tried to uninstall the entire game and re-install but that didn't work and then I tried dragging the electronic arts folder from documents to the desktop which worked at the start and I was able to get into CAS and game play but when I added my mods back in, it hasn't worked at all.Does anybody know how to fix this and is there any way I can make it work in my C drive again?

@bubbajah&nbsp; It sounds like the problem is your mods, not the location of the user folder.&nbsp; So you'll need to test the mods you added back in between the game working and not.&nbsp; If you have a lot of them, the 50/50 method can make the process a lot more efficient:

Yeah, I can try, but before I tried to move the folder all the mods were working no problem!Thank you for your reply. I'll give it a go! 🙂

@bubbajah&nbsp; If none of your mods work on the external, please download fresh copies and test them too.&nbsp; If the new copies don't work either, let me know how the drive is formatted, for example NTFS or FAT32.
