my games are registered but it wont let me use the simport, it keeps popping up that it needs to be registered after i've done that already any way to fix this issue? every time i try to send a sim on tour it says you cant until registered &nbsp;, if&nbsp;you're&nbsp;registered through origin can that be why it&nbsp;doesn't&nbsp;work?

there has been an issue for some players recently saying they need a registered game even though it was and they couldn't send gifts to friends
