My sim is enjoyng music and won't stop

Hello, My Sim is constantly enjoying music and it can't sleep in the same room as my other sim as he constantly wakes up to go complain about the noise but the action never follows through with complaining, I've looked everywhere for solutions in the forum and can't find anything, I need some answers to get rid of this moodlet. Whilst playing guitar my sim glitched and the guitar disapeared and since that point both sims can hear music all the time. (Xbox 360 btw)
