Nothing on the in game menu

I recently installed the new patch through Origin. I played my game and it was fine. The next time I loaded it, I found that the menu had nothing. I can't select a town, my saves are gone, my login info isn't there. Even the sub menu with the three little dots is gone.

I've tried screenshotting but my computer won't let me.

I am so sick of this crap. It's not the first issue I've had. Help me please.
