Unfortunately it just gives me the message "This code has already been used." for every disc I try to install. Some of them were pre-owned, but some of them have been owned exclusively by me from new, and I definitely have not entered those codes before, since I didn't know it was possible.
Did you register them on thesims3.com site ?
You won't be able to register the pre-owned ones.
Did you only recently update to 1.69 ?

There are some that I have registered and some that I haven't - however, one that I've bought from new only a month ago (Town Life Stuff) hasn't been added to that site or to Origin, and yet still shows up as "already entered".
Yes, now that I think about it, I did do a game update to 1.69 through Origin's "update available" notification under the game, on the same day just before this problem started.

Then you need to keep trying support.
Unfortunately with 1.69, you need to have them on Origin as far as I know.
If you have the disc of the base, you can try uninstall everything and install from scratch and only update to 1.67 (manual patch link) but then you won't be able to use the pack you bought on Origin..

Can't contact support at the moment, since the Live Chat option is greyed out, and the phone lines are shut since it is Sunday. Will try again tomorrow.
It's a real shame that you can no longer mix physical and digital expansions - I wonder why that was changed? It's a real pain, since I don't want to have to buy the other expansions/stuff packs again, regardless of what option I take.
