Packs missing from Launcher and Im getting the run around

I am getting desperate. I have recently merged my old account, that i had for forever, into my recent one, because i forgott about the old one for a few years.

Bevor i did that i had The sims 3 plus all eleven expancion packs. After that the EA-App still sees those eleven expansions, but the launcher will just load five.

Reinstalling and repairing does nothing.

I tried to delet the folders, clear the cache an reinstall just the packs, makes no difference.

I tried getting help per Mail, but i cannot take that anymore. It took all day, like I wrote that Mail in the morning. And every Time I get an answer its a diffrent person, that does not know what I wrote before. I answer, give a discription, send screenshots, and than nothing, until the next person writes and it starts all over again.

After 12 Hours I have to ask, does anyone have an Idea how to solve this, or just to get help from EA in a better way?

I just want to play with my games, I was a teenager when I bought most of them, so if you can please help.
