Packs/Worlds not showing up despite them being tied to old Origin account

Before EA app was a thing I had Origin and whenever I would get a new Sims 3 CD (usually from Target) I would add it via the code that came with the disk. I had every pack that was released said for I believe one but I can't recall the name of it.

When I made the switch years ago from Origin to the EA app I was under the assumption that all the packs that were tied to my account would also be transferred. However this wasn't the case. Despite taking all my data from Origin the EA app told me I only had ten (including basegame) sims 3 games out of the twenty-one that were originally tied to my account and that I need to repurchase all the ones I don't have because the "codes have already been used".

If there's some way to somehow recover these expansions please let me know. I still have all the old CDs & codes if that helps anything. Thanks

NOTE: The CD case without a cover is the Late Night expansion pack. The cover had gotten damaged so I threw it away. The checkmarks are also from me marking off which ones I had/still needed to get way back when I was buying them

  • That1Jaybird  You'll need to contact EA customer support for help.  First, take a photo for each missing pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable).  You can upload these when you submit the help request.

I would strongly suggest using the live chat option rather than email.  If you don't see it, try this link:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us/?product=the-sims-3&topic=missing-game&category=manage-my-account&subcategory=find-missing-game

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in.  Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.

Hello! Thank you for replying to try to help out. If you don't mind me asking what is the email that I can contact for help? I don't mind the wait for responses & I'll be able to attach media easier than the help chat. Thank you again & have a good day/evening/night.
