Please help me fix my screen size

Hi! So I’ve been trying to fix my screen for sims 3 on my Mac I’ve tried changing the options.ini full screen from 1 or 0 and neither work. One side is full and the other has a border, how do I make it completely fullscreen??

@Milkandaura Change the in-game resolution to match the aspect ratio of your screen. For example, if your screen is 1920x1080, you could pick that resolution, or anything smaller that also has a 16:9 aspect ratio.
