Purchased Product Unable to Download

Hi, 

I downloaded the Sims 3 Expansion Hidden Springs. The payment and what not has all gone through and I have the most up-to-date origin client. First up, the whole process for this has been an entire mess. The link that I was told to go to upon purchasing the product didnt work (ie.  www.thesims3.com/hiddensprings). So I had to find my own way to this. I redeemed the product code, which basically led to nothing. No prompt to download appeared, and I was instead lead to something telling me to download Origin, which I already have. In Origin client my purchased product does not show up in 'My Games'. So basically I've paid for goods which I have not received. I am getting verry annoyed by all this, so whoever can give me the quickest fix, please be my guest.
