Re: Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library

I purchased a game code for the Sims 3 base game for pc. When I redeemed the code, I was told that the code was accepted and I moved forward into the installation process. However, I later received a pop-up that the installation was stopped because I "didn't own the game" and had to go to the game hub. The game does not appear in my library, all I see are my other sims games.
I have refreshed, restarted, cleared the cache, logged out, and uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app, and it still does not appear, in my library or on my account. When I try to redeem the code again, it tells me that the code has already been redeemed. I used the correct account, as it is my only one anyway, and I bought the base game, so it isn't a dlc problem.
Also, I wanted to contact EA help directly but when I click on their contact link, I'm told that "the page isn't working."
Any help is much appreciated!
