@MYDOUBA Are you telling them to chew a specific toy, or telling them to go to the box and get a toy? Please try both. Try putting the box and one toy outside too, on solid ground, i.e. not on a foundation or deck.

@puzzlezaddict My house is built on a foundation, but the toy box is placed in the living room. Yes, I tried taking some toys out of the box. They go for it then shake their heads. They won't even playing with the dog ball.
@MYDOUBA Right, please put the box and one toy outside, on the ground, and see whether it works. Certain kinds of foundations can be a problem.
@puzzlezaddict I placed the box outside of the house and it worked. It definitely was an issue with the foundation. Thank you, for your help.
