@80552a83233a1346 Is OneDrive running on this computer? Even if you think it's not, it could still be interfering. If it IS running, try pausing syncing, now, to see whether you can save. To see the option, right-click the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, or perhaps hidden in the Tray (^ icon).
If OneDrive is not running, please make sure your user folder isn't pointed there anyway. Search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, and enter this command:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
Then post the result. You can write [username] instead of your actual username if you want, but please leave the rest intact.
