i know the mascot for sure comes to the houses of new families but if not for old families they should be able to still register through their phone or computer!

i have old save games when i launched those to play   the mascot came  to the house IF the mascot does not come to the house you can buy the bucket in buy mode place it on your lot and back to live mode then click on the bucket take the aptitude test TIP before sending the sims to uni save the game then save again with the save as new name if something goes wrong then you will still have your orignal game and can try again
