log into your the sims 3 account my store account purchase history to download your worlds from there if the page is looping like that try clear the internet cache and switch browsers if on opera,safari or chrom try IE or firefox

some more info on the worlds just in case

worlds=store item the world will not be in your orign my games tab you redeem the code on your the sims 3 account then download from your the sims 3 purchase history once downloaded install it also there will be no shortcut icon or launcher icon to select the wrold to play in it'll be in the main menu +new game you will still play from whatever game you normally play from

1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
2. Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
3. Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
4. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)
