@acacia1086  Just to be clear, the EA App lists these packs as installed?  Or do they show as in-game content, or something else?

Additionally, where did you buy these packs: from EA, via disc, or a digital code from a third party?

    It was showing as in game content in the EA app

    so I ended up uninstalling sims 3, redownloading the EA app, and reinstalling the sims 3 game entirely. That worked.
