Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hello EA and other members in this forum, i need your help, I want to activate 64 bit entitlements for my sims 3, because i can't download the game on my macbook, EA live chat is unavailable and i have no solution for this, can anyone help? Thanks before it means a lot to me 🤕

Please help EA_Darko I Can't use the live chat at EA Help because there's no option for live chat there, i am confused now because i can't contact EA by any menas. Thanks it means a lot
