This is the exact problem I’m having. Any solutions?
this is the same message i’m getting too, I contacted support, but still waiting for a response.
I spoke with support.
After trying many of their suggestions we both came to the conclusion that it was an issue on their end and they said they are working on it. So I guess we just wait? Please let me know if you are eventually able to get this to work, I guess I'll just keep trying every few days. 😞
