@puzzlezaddict Hey! Thank you so very much for helping to continue escalation and drive more attention to the issue. Seeing the additional attention to this brings me a lot of confidence a solution is on the horizon.

In related news - I just noticed today that entitlements seem to be getting some work done, as of now my "Manage Add-Ons" submenu now reflects proper entitlements! (i.e. duplicates and/or overlap between what I own and my preexisting EA Play sub.) No D/Ls yet but... progress!

@NineDog The duplicate expansion packs is I think also a bug that other players (including myself) have been experiencing, so as far as that being a new development I’m not sure.. strange thing is, I don’t have multiple accounts with the same packs and it’s still duplicated. I don’t even know anymore lol

@SerenityHi Ah- that's the unintuitive thing for me- I *should* have duplicates as I've got an EA Play sub that ends in a couple weeks. Previous to the other day, I was *only* seeing what I had purchased, plus the EA play entitlement for the base game- at the time it seemed like my entitlement from a purchase and from EA Play were one in the same.
