Re: SimPort Tour

There is the Sim I want to send on tour and then her spouse and child. So it's never been just her in a house when I want to send her on tour.

What is your base game version right now ?

Open the launcher and check the number in the lower left corner.

If you're not at 1.67, please update your game.

It automatically updates, but I still manually check for updates every time I start it up.

Could you start a new game in Startlight Shores and try to send one of the premades for testing purposes to see if it's connected to your Sim.

There was a problem with Simport but it's supposed to be fixed.

Just tried and it still said it failed but the ride is coming 😕mileyfrustrated:

So did the Sim leave your game and actually arrive in your friends game ?

Nope they never leave. I always continue playing with them and no ride shows.

Just checked Firewall again, it's still fine. Internet is fine. I looked online when I first noticed the problem, cleared out my Sims's inventory, I haven't ever downloaded cc. Outfits, hair, etc. all are from base game or expansions. And I don't play the Sims the same time every day. Depends when i get bored with other games.
 I'm like 98% sure it isn't a problem on my end, I've been wrong before but I don't think so this time. Since nothing's worked though I guess I'll have to deal with it.

And that other Sim where the ride came also never left ?

I wonder if they really fixed it. Didn't follow up on it tbh.

Could you check the showtime forum at thesims3.com if others are having the same issue still ?

I've been on the Sims 3 forums, it won't load recent pages when I search for anything relating to simport tours, but one person posted on my thread there they can't send Sims either but she can host other people's sims. So I don't think it was really fixed. Seems to be a reoccurring thing with the games I play. Not really having their bugs fixed.

A pity, 

haven't uses Simport in a very long time.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions. 

I'll put your thread in the helpers corner to see if anyone else has an idea.
