@ExoneratedTea I'm so sorry, I misread the second screenshot in your first post. (I swear I saw 2017 instead of 2011.) The problem is that a 2011 Mac doesn't support Metal and therefore won't run the 64-bit version of Sims 4. You can still play the 32-bit version though.

@puzzlezaddict That is okay! But i have tried the 32bit and it says disk not found.
@ExoneratedTea You need to install from Origin and then run the digital download version of the Super Patch, not your regional version. You can find the worldwide one here:

Certain packs (Ambitions, Late Night, Fast Lane, and Outdoor Living) need extra help to get installed properly. If you're installing one or more of those packs and want help with the process, please list all of the packs you plan to install, and I'll post instructions.
And sorry again, it's been one of those days, except three days in a row.
@puzzlezaddict I will get right on to that. I have those packs but i wont install them just to avoid the trouble. I only want to install the Pets EP.
