- So the old game works fine but a new one doesn't ?
- Which world are you trying ? Did you try a different one to see if that works ?
- Are you using custom content or mods in your game ?

It has happened reccently, i have all the expansion packs apart from university life. The problem had happened before i installed supernatural, I believe it started after i installed seasons.
The same thing happens in all the worlds it isn't resticted to just one.
I am using custom content and i have the no memory mod for my game but no other mods.
