Are your other games installed through disc or through the Origin client? And did you buy the Supernatural expansion as a disc version or through their game download?

If one of them is the disc version and the other the download version, then it is possible that you have to uninstall the disc versions of your game and download and reinstall them from Origin for them to work together. Please make sure to keep your save files though.
