Re: The Sims 3 dlc download

@rekuu1  Open your Origin game library, click on the icon for the 64-bit version of Sims 3, and select More > Expansion Packs.  Scroll through the list and click Download for any packs you own but haven't installed yet.  Each pack may have multiple entries, so if the first one you see says "unlocked," keep scrolling.  Repeat the process for More > Stuff Packs.

If any pack is listed as unlocked but you don't see a Download button, you'll need to go back to EA customer support and ask that the "entitlement," as it's called, for the 64-bit version of that pack be added to your account.

    @rekuu1  Depending on the size of the Origin window, you might just see an "Expansion Packs" menu and a "Stuff Packs" menu.  Either way, you're looking below "hours played" and "not played recently."  You may need to scroll down a little, but I promise that something will be there.
