oh my gosh :catsurprised: ...OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH!!!!!! :cattongue: I don't know what changed in order to fix it, but I just got off of work to find your reply! I tried to redeem my code again and it worked! I CAN DOWNLOAD IT FROM MY PURCHASE HISTORY!! This just made my day! :catembarrassed:
It's downloading right now, thank you all soo much!!! It was frustrating not knowing what to do, I'm just not tech-savvy enough to figure it all out but hey- My Sims can now enjoy all there is to enjoy from Monte Vista!!! Now if only I can get some of my custom downloads to stop making my Sims' clothes glitch I'll be perfect! (but that's another issue entirely, one I'll be able to fix on my own time later) for right now I'm just excited to start playing once the download is finished!! :catlol:

I'm having the same problem but I purchased my The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle through Origin. Unlike my other game purchases, this one does not appear on My Games tab on Origin. When I received my email purchase confirmation, I was instructed to go to store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html and enter the code that was in the email. I did this but the code I entered was invalid. I tried entering it several times making sure they're correct but unsuccessful. Then I read this thread and tried the solution but still can't find my purchased game. HELP!!!

I have the same situation today, did it work at the end for you? or what should I do
The code only worked for monte vista, but not for hidden springs
and its frustrating
