Redeem code say it has already been used

I bought The Sims 3 Into the Future (online game code) from Amazon.com. I go to download the code. I open origin to put in product redeem code, clicked next to confirm and then it says 'This code has already been used. I have redone this many times. I have been doing this for a while now. I left a message with Amazon customer service. I have yet to hear a reply from Amazon. Product

Please help me. I so wanted to play the game.

  • You probably need to contact Amazon for this.

    If they can't help, try a EA customer support Game advisor.

    Game advisors can be found through live chat.

    2. Set your language to US at the bottom
    3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
    4. Describe your issue with a few words
    5. Click on Find a Solution
    6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
    7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
    8. Select Platform: PC
    9. Click Find solution
    10. Scroll down and click I still need help
    11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
