@LebronsUnicorn How soon did you check - it may take a little while to appear in your account? Was it an expansion pack or store items? Where did you get the code?
I purchased a expansion pack from the origin store. One of the codes worked and the other had to be installed by the representative. It was supposed to included a new world, but nothing is shown for it. The pack that i installed shows up, though.
@LebronsUnicorn Did you go to Origin - right click the game icon - click show game details - click extra content - click download on the pack icon.

@LebronsUnicorn If you bought it from Origin you should not have to redeem the code, the pack should just appear in Origin automatically. Did you check the Origin purchase history? If you got a code where did you get the code?
add: If the order shows in Origin purchase history you should be able to see the code that was assigned to that purchase.
