I saw that I was eligible to get sim points if I registered my game on the Sims website. I registered my copies (bought on steam) to my EA account and my Sims account. I tried everything I could find on the internet to redeem the points so I contacted support. The support agent told me the only way they could help is if I registered the game within the last 30 days, I registered my game and DLCs roughly 2 days ago from steam, onto both my Ea account and Sims account. I bought the game in December 2024. They told I was actually registered in 2021, which is impossible because I only bought the game a few months ago?
