Jetpackwizard21 I'm sorry that EA customer support gave you the runaround. But this particular offer hasn't worked in almost a year, as you can see from the longer thread into which I've merged your post. And no one on this site, including EA community managers, can override this, or add SimPoints to your account—even in the case of a mistaken duplicate purchase, a straightforward issue, the CMs always refer the user back to support.
