Steam support can't help me. Sims 3 support can't help me. EA forums can't help me. EA help can't help me. I tried contacting every EA office in my country, none of them I can even get a call through to in the first place. Support chat disappears for days at a time after I finally am able to contact them. There's no support emails, phone numbers, online chat, not even a fax machine I can get through to anybody that can help me. I can't even get a refund even though I have an offical EA webpage that promised me 10$ worth of simpoints for every game registered. What am I suppose to do here? I have been scammed by one of the largest gaming companies and there doesn't even seem a way to contact them.
