Registering Dragon Valley

Question

The Sims Franchise is requiring me to register Dragon Valley before I can play it but Dragon Valley only has 4 sets of numbers and therefore cannot be registered the usual way a Sims game is registered.

Does anyone know how to register a Dragon Valley game ? Thanks in advance.
