Hi there,
I have received a conformation email about my game SIms 3 University LIfe and have received a code however it is too short for the installer so cannot install I was wondering where on the email the codes would be and also if it is possible to be given another code so I can play. Any help would be greatly appreciated many thanks.
The product is normally linked to your account directly. In most cases you will not be using it again in Origin.
To find a code, right click the game in Origin and choose show game details. In that page you should find a product code.
If you just purchased a game it might take a while before the product shows up in your client. When buying at Origin.com you will receive a first e-mail about your order but this is not a confirmation.
A second e-mail will be send as confirmation and should hold a serial. This one could take up to 48hours due to processing of your order.
If after 48h you did not receive that e-mail or your game is not showing up in your Origin client,
please contact a game advisor to check your account and order.

For any issues regarding accounts, please follow these steps to contact a game advisor for more help:
1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.
2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’
3. Click Find Solutions
4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.
5. Click: Find Solutions
6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"
