Server issues

I’m suddenly unable to connect to The Sims 3 servers through both the launcher and the game itself. In which have been super frustrating. When I try to log in through the launcher, it gets stuck in an endless “logging in” loop or just refuses to log in altogether. When I try logging in from inside the game, I get an error message saying it can’t connect. This is preventing me from accessing most of my Sims 3 Store content, so I really need help resolving it.

My PC is pretty high end, and I’m running the game on windows 11, so performance isn’t the issue. It just baffles me that I'm having so many problems with this game when I built my PC with this game in mind. If anyone knows what could be causing this or how to fix it, please help!
